Zoo Lab

The Zoo Lab visited Young People’s Academy on Monday with a menagerie of creepy crawlies and snakes. The boys were very brave holding Franz the corn snake, Millie the millipede and some stick insects. They also saw a tarantula and scorpio amongst other things. We learnt lots of facts about the animals and insects that visited.

George, Year 9 said: ‘It was scary, but fun. Saffa was brave, the scorpio under the UV light was really cool when it glowed. I want to see that again.’

YPA has a good understanding and built a rapport with my son. He has been happy and well cared for to the point where he has met his full potential and thrived. The right balance and structure has provided for my son’s complex needs. Thank you for your continuous support.  Parent
